Americans have the chance to go to the places they’ve been looking at during video chats with Coors Light’s sweepstake.
With Americans still attending their work meetings via video chat, Coors Light have decided to give some lucky winners the chance to visit the outdoor destinations that they’ve been looking at as their chat background. They will even enjoy a nice Coors Light whilst they are there.
Marcelo Proenca Pascoa, Vice President of Marketing for the Coors Brands said: “After all this time at home, we are all a little guilty of daydreaming about the trips we’ll take in the future. This campaign gives people something to look forward to and it might just help to keep our daydreaming in check.”
To have the chance of winning a trip courtesy of Coors Light, participants should visit the website to upload a screenshot selfie with their chosen location set as their video chat background. One entry is allowed each day until 1st October 2020. Participants must be aged 21 years or over and reside in the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
The beer brands latest marketing campaign ‘Made to Chill’ is also underway across digital, broadcasting and social medias. The campaign’s advertisement reminds everyone to appreciate the simplicity and joy of spending time outdoors, enjoying breaks and to enter the sweepstake.
“We took a unique approach with this campaign considering the current moment,” said Marcelo. “But what is most exciting is that we were able to create a film that feels up to par with the work we have done since launching the ‘Made to Chill’ platform last year.
“We wanted this campaign to continue helping our drinkers feel refreshed and hopeful and when it came to making this ad in particular, we didn’t have to sacrifice creativity to keep our teams, production and talent safe,” he explained.
